Just after&nbsp;22:00 hours&nbsp;the company was dispatched to cover&nbsp;Station&nbsp;70-Leedom while they operated on a&nbsp;WORKING building fire in the Holmes sections&nbsp;of Ridley Township. The
rescue made the response with a crew 6 under command of&nbsp;LT Davis. The engine
covered for about 2 1/2 hours and&nbsp;no calls were logged&nbsp;before returning to
quarters.

While E132 and the Chief were enroute, Fireboard advised that they have reports of subjects trapped.  E132 arrived reported smoke showing, secured their own water source, and pulled a line.  138 (E. Haley) arrived and established the 'Claymont Command'.  Ladder 13 arrived shortly after and performed first due special service tasks. Tower 11, Rescue 25, and Rescue 39 assisted on the 2nd and 3rd floors checking for extension and performing overhaul duties.  <![CDATA[Calls for the month of November:The company was dispatched to a total of 30 runs including:2-CO&nbsp;Alarms2- Vehicle Fires9- Medical Assists12- Box Alarms1- Accident1- Fuel Spill1- Automatic FIre Alarm1- Cover-Up1- Gas Leak1- First Due Working Fire..&nbsp;On November 26, 2011 @ 17:52 The company along with Engines 40/55/63, Trucks 68/63/NCC 13/61, Rescue's 40/45(RIT) and&nbsp;Medic 100-7 were dispatched to 1100 Sterling Ave for a reported&nbsp;House Fire. With most of the units on&nbsp;the box alarm&nbsp;already&nbsp;in the area for a holiday parade,&nbsp;Rescue 39, Truck/Eng/Res 63, Eng/Res 40, Tower 61, Ladder 68,&nbsp;Assistant Chief Fuller, and the Medic&nbsp;Unit responded seconds after dispatch with full crews. Lower&nbsp;Chi PD arrived&nbsp;and advised of a working house fire.&nbsp;Assistant&nbsp;Chief Fuller arrived confirmed PD&nbsp;report and Assumed&nbsp;the "Sterling Ave&nbsp;Command". Rescue 39 arrived as the&nbsp;"1st Due" engine, layed out from the corner and&nbsp;stretched an 1 3/4 handline to begin fire suppression, Tower 61&nbsp;had the&nbsp;"1st Due" truck assignment, Engine 63 arrived next as the&nbsp;"2nd Due" engine and stretched a back up line off of&nbsp;the rescue&nbsp;to assist to first line crew.&nbsp;The fire quickly spread throughout the entire structure. Truck 63 and&nbsp;Truck 13 arrived next assuming&nbsp;2nd and 3rd due responsibilities. The crews from 39 and 63 had the bulk of&nbsp;the fire knocked down on both floors within the first 20 minutes.&nbsp;Crews from 13, 40,&nbsp;and 61 operated on the roof to provide&nbsp;vertical ventilation. 63-12&nbsp;had&nbsp;"sector c", Past Chief&nbsp;Durbano&nbsp;handled manpower. Crews from 63 and 40 handled checking the "B" bravo exposure and reported a fire wall holding the fire&nbsp;with a heavy smoke condition&nbsp;only.&nbsp;Rescue 45&nbsp;had the 1st due rit and set up on Side Alpha&nbsp;and Squad 55 handled the 2nd due rit on&nbsp;Side Charlie. The fire was&nbsp;placed under control at 18:52 with all units working.&nbsp;Canteen 47 and 40-7 were special called to stand&nbsp;by the fireground.&nbsp;As&nbsp;overhaul was completed units&nbsp;started to be released by command. Deputy Fire Marshall Bob Gliem also&nbsp;made the response and handled fire investigation.&nbsp;ALL&nbsp;crews on the fireground did an excellent&nbsp;job.  <![CDATA[1700HRS The rescue&nbsp;was dispatched to 1639 Huddle Ave for a CO Detector Activation. The rescue made the response with 4 along with the Chief. Units arrived and investigated. Crews investigation high ppm's of co in 1639 and 1641 Huddle Ave. Peco was notified and one homeowner was evaluated by the rescue crew. During the incident the engine was dispatched to assist NCC Co 13 on a structure fire at The Boys &amp;amp; Girls Club on Darley Rd. The engine with 4 made the response and stood by until released by command. The rescue's officer had the engine redirect to the co incident to assist with the investigation. Peco arrived and assisted with the investigation and the problem was narrowed down to a generator that was running in 1641 Huddle Ave earlier in the day by a winterization company. Both homes were ventilated using ppv fans from the engine and units returned shortly after. In-service for just over an hour with 10 members,...]]>
