The Lower Chichester Fire Department had some past and present officers, attend a Banquet for Marcus Hook Trainer Fire Department Chief Tony Capasso. Chief Capasso has served as company 68's Chief for 30 years, since starting back in 1980. This was his final year of his three year term of the newly formed Marcus Hook Trainer Fire Department. We would like to Congratulate Chief Capasso and wish him well as he becomes Fire Marshall of the two boroughs. (Marcus Hook Trainer Car 1).
